Meeting and catching up

This morning I went along to the Living Well meeting, this week about aromatherapy. It was very interesting and we had essential oils sent round on make up pads and had to guess what scent they were. I cleared away the tea and coffee things at the end and arranged to meet up with Sarah and David later.

Came home and had lunch with Tina, we enjoyed the mushrooms from my grow your own kit.

This afternoon I went to the Beach Hut cafe with Jacky, the first time I have seen her for a week or so and I was hoping she would be much improved from her very serious health scare. I waited in the front garden as she was bringing Zina, her adorable little dog. Took a couple of pictures of plants while I was waiting.

I love that one with the green flowers but the pink one is very attractive too,

Took a picture of Zina, who is actually seven years old but everybody thinks she is a puppy.

She is a very cute dog. Jacky is so much better, almost back to her old self, which is absolutely great.

We cut through the park on the way back and then I came home to finish getting ready for my weekend trip and to have a shower and get changed as off to see a tribute show this evening. Buddy Holly and Roy Orbison, so it should be good.
