We went to the boot sale quite early, the car park was already busy but the actual boot sale not too bad at the start. It was getting busier by the time we had been ther for an hour or more.
We were very good and didn’t buy lots of stuff and then I spotted a photo screen, I thought it would be expensive but when I asked the man said it was £3, nearly snatched his arm off!
As we were leaving the traffic was really building up!
Darren drove down via the sea, which was good, newer had a cup of hot chocolate.
This evening I went to a service remembering Prince Philip, Tina made it a lovely service, not too many of us there but I was please I went along.
After tea Tina and I had a short walk by the sea and on the beach for a while. Some pics but not of the sea!
Just finished in time for Line Of Duty.
Pandora doesn’t want you to escape for a few more days away. She doesn’t like you to leave her.
ReplyDeleteGlad the boot sales are back, I know you and Darren enjoy your Sunday mornings looking for bargains, and eating sausage baps 😊 It does look very busy and the queue of cars when you left is ridiculous. Bet you’re pleased you went early. Trouble is everyone else will next week! I think the picture screen is great, and even better for the price you paid.
Glad the service went well this evening, but a shame more people didn’t turn out. But with everything else that’s going on right now I suppose it’s to be expected.
A nice walk by the sea is a great way to finish the day off.
Enjoy LOD.
A fairly easy day again. It was great to go to the boot sale, we were our masks all the time except when having our breakfast. I am looking forward to sorting photos for the screen.
DeleteI was pleased to go to the service and a bit of sea air to round off the day was lovely.
