Art group and car loading!

This morning I went early to the Living Well meeting to help Tamar set up for the dot art session. It was busy and we had eleven people making coasters. Didn’t take any pictures but people seemed pleased with there efforts and would like to have another session.
I came home and had lunch with Tina. She had made some biscuits to take this morning. She went to buy the last things at the shop while I got the bags on the bench and near the front door, ready for loading the car.

Then we packed up the lasagne trays and the courgette cakes from the freezer.
The car was jam packed!
When we were making room for the lasagne we got out the pears and apples from the freezer so I set to and made four crumbles. Two in the freezer, one for the weekend and Sarah and David collected the other one.
I did go in the summer house for half an hour or so and got a few cute tit picture.

The aching has subsided a bit now so will get back on the exercise bike tomorrow.

  1. Glad the dot art went ok. Have you managed to have another go yourself yet?
Blimey, that’s a lot of stuff the Rev had to take with her! Is she feeding the 5000? Doesn’t look like they’ll go hungry though. The crumbles look good too. I’m sure Darren will soon demolish one of those. You might get a little piece if you’re lucky!
I think you definitely earned soon time in the summerhouse. Hopefully your weekend will be a relaxing one and not too hectic. The bike will still be there on Monday.....and no doubt the weeds!

  2. It was a lot of stuff, but thirty folk is a lot to feed.
Hopefully the crumbles will taste okay, they usually go down well.
A couple of days rest for the legs should put them right and then back on that bike!
