This morning I spent quite a while cutting all the squares for the next quilt. Missed a call from the doctors and talked to them later. They suggested taking cholesterol lowering medication, but as my reading was lower than before, and not too bad by my reckoning I decided to not take anything just now. The chiropractor was pleased with my progress, has given me another exercise to do and not seeing him for three weeks this time. Called in at the studio and my plate was ready to come out of the kiln, and I am really delighted with it.
Sandy did want me to make a ribbon and bow that she can wear at her performance with the choir on Saturday. I said I would do it when I had been to the craft session at the craft shop. I left the group early and came home and got on with her bow straight away. I decided to walk back to the studio to make sure it was right rather that have her collect it on her way to rehearsal. I cut through to have a look at the sea and took this strange building on the way.
The tide was really in and the horizon very feint when I  got to the cliff top.
Fab sky on the way home.

  3. I remember that building from one of our walks, it's very distinctive. Great sky pic too.
I love the plate, and think the writing on it is really good too.
