I went a short way along the trail to make the walk a bit longer. I hadn’t spotted these stencilled images on the bridge where you can take the route to the town.
I got dinner for lunch punch time today as Tina is on a training session this afternoon. When I took some stuff up to the garden bin this rather swish car was parked by the shops.
I sat and made some decorations for the cakes, haven’t decided quite how I will use them yet.
A bit of reading and a bit of tv this afternoon, may do a bit of pedalling in a bit.
Shame you didn’t get to the boot sale, but breakfast with Darren is still a good result.
ReplyDeleteThe weather here was much the same. Miserable to start with but cheered up into a reasonable day. Nice that you managed to get out for a few stops without getting completely soaked! The shoreline looks a bit “British” today. You could add a few images to the bridge. It’s really lacking an arachnid 😄
That car is very posh, very clean too. It’s probably someone’s toy that only comes out once a week then is washed and put away.
You’ve got a lot of cake decorations there, but you do have a lot of cakes to sort out. I said they were finished the other night, but I forgot about decorating them. Nearly there 😊
Don’t go mad with the pedalling.
It would have been cold and very muddy at the boot sale, that is if anyone had even bothered to turn up, so the breakfast was a much better idea!
ReplyDeleteNot a bad day, quite lazy really and going to read for a bit now!
