Amazing what you can achieve if you put your mind to it!

Another day spent mainly in the garden, weary tonight but making headway. This morning when feeding the birds a seagull sat on the bird bath but I didn’t get the phone out in time!

Another one of little and large.

I went out to get rolls for lunch early but had to go out again later as I had a prescription to collect and the chemist doesn’t open until nine. I then went out in the garden but will add a picture of the area I tidied up yesterday.

So I started today where I left off yesterday, working round the bed.

I have got used to the strimmer now so can trim at tufts of long grass on the lawn as well.

Then onto the bed in front of the summer house.

That had quite a few weeds popping up.

The bed with the tree stump in didn’t need so much work.

The area in front of the summer house was a bit harder.

I had a break then and sat in the summer house for a bit and looked at the garden instead!

After the American link up and before tea I went out and tidied another easy to do bed.

After dinner I took a watering can out to the front to water the newly planted up tubs, and then used the hose to water everything in the walled garden and back garden. That is quite enough for one day!

Hopefully we will be off to the boot sale in the morning,
