This morning after breakfast we set off for Bridlington as it was another bright day, although there was thick ice on the car windscreens. Beautiful light and sun catching the mist on the journey, and very clear sky and view when we arrived.
I tried to catch the boat as it was nearing the sun reflecting on the sea.
The view looking in the opposite direction.
As we walked out by the harbour the yacht was getting closer, three people on there.
I spent ages trying to get decent pictures of these darling little sea birds.

Managed to catch one of them by one of the herring gulls to show how tiny they are.
This sign on the pier amused me, no other reason for posting it!
The pirate ship was sailing today.
Great reflections as well!

This is a fun picture if a bit silly......
A new statue, or at least, I hadn't seen it before!
An arty shot of a fishing line, well, a bit arty maybe!
We cooked dinner this evening using the deep steam microwave case for the chicken. Took a bit longer than twenty minutes but did cook it, need to practice a bit more. It cam with the world''s worst instruction/recipe booklet!! Will watch Endeavour later and see Call the Midwife on catch up!

  1. Another brilliant day for weather. I'm so lucky with it when I visit! The harbour in Bridlington is a great place for taking pictures, specially on a day like today, as the light was really good. The chips weren't bad either :-)
You've got some really nice pictures.
