I did take a picture of a tree on the way out.
On the way back I saw this box which said Royal Mail, I wondered what it had been used for.
I walked home, think I had done about three miles without a break, not a marathon but more than I have done in one go for a while.
Then got ready for the visit to the new dentist. He is a delightful man and did a very thorough examination and took X-rays. I have had a loose lower front tooth for a few months now so have two appointments to get it stable. Apart from that and not liking the fact that the previous dentist had used pins, he said my teeth are good!
This afternoon I mowed the large lawn in the front garden, may try and do the smaller one tomorrow.

I think the Royal Mail box is a drop off point for the postmen. Some routes have more than one bag, so a van may come out and drop a bag in it for the postman to collect on the way round.
Glad to hear you like the new dentist. That’s alway a good thing with dentists 😂 I bet your purse was a lot lighter to carry on the way home!

ReplyDeleteThere are lots of things I could sketch but finding somewhere to stand and be inconspicuous and be far enough away is a challenge.
It doesn’t look like that post box has been used for a while,
