Miserable weather

We did go to the boot sale, well, more accurately, to the field where the boot sales are. There was nothing there so we went to the cafe at the market and then looked round the stalls that were open. Back home I pottered for the morning and did do a sketch as the weather was pretty awful, wet, windy and cold! This is Pandoras go to place if my lap isn’t available!

After lunch, despite it still being pretty miserable outside I decided to go for a walk. It was spitting a bit and the wind was strong, but my back was getting damp on the way to the front.

I did take the sketch book with me and stood and did a sketch with the wind still at my back.

I was walking back into the wind but the rain had stopped. An interesting sky and by the time I got home it was brightening up.

I did try to do a bit of the jigsaw before getting dinner, but it is tricky and not enough done to be worthy of a picture!
