Darren was home in the early hours after a change in travel plans getting home as the plane was cancelled. He got me the perfect present, very good as he thinks I have way too many hats!
I have spent some time on the jigsaw, so it is well on the way now.
After lunch I went to see Sarah and David, I took the humming bird jigsaw for them to give to their friend Mark who likes to do really big and difficult puzzles.
Darren went to get us fish and chips for tea, and then I went to a short service ar church featuring Easter music. The pain in my leg has kicked in rather alarmingly, so feet ate up now and ice pack in place.
Maybe a bit too much walking today has set the leg off worse than it was already. But you can’t sit around all the time as you’d go totally potty 😊 I hope it calms down and proves to be a bit better tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteI like the hat. You can never have too many hats. It’s just remembering to take one with you when you go car booting so you don’t have to buy another one 😂
The new puzzle looks way more enjoyable than the last. Bet you were glad to see the back of it!
Hope the ice pack did the trick.
Definitely can’t have too many hats, was glad of it yesterday as it was windy and occasionally wet.
