The hedgehog that Tina ordered when we went to the Men In Sheds open day arrived today. I am sure her friend will be delighted with it.
We did go out for a while, had a light lunch and did a bit of shopping in Lidl and then had a look at the reduced Christmas stuff in Cherry Lane garden centre but didn’t buy anything. When we got home I went to bed for a while and had Pandora sleeping on me while I catnapped for a while!
Definitely think this cough and whatever is causing it isn’t going anywhere soon!
Looking forward to The Traitors finale tonight.
Nearly forgot, we had lunch in Costa and I really loved the chairs, comfortable too!
It’s not sounding good on the cough front. You could well be right in thinking you might still have it at Christmas. I certainly hope not. At least you’ve got a bit of medication, so hopefully that’ll do a bit of good. You must be quite low with it as it’s not like you to go back to bed like that.
ReplyDeleteI do understand why you like feeding the wildlife. It’s nice to have them waiting for their breakfast when you go out there. They soon get into a routine. You’ll have to give them something special on Christmas Day.
It’s also nice to come out to a lovely sky like that.
I think the hedgehog is lovely. Must have been a nightmare drilling all those holes for the spikes. Those Men In Sheds have way more patience than me!
You did very well not buying anything in the garden centre, not even a bulb! Blimey.
I like the chairs too, very nice.
Traitors should be really good tonight, I’m looking forward to it too.
I think there are a lot of bugs doing the rounds, and some seem to take a while to clear up. Hopefully the extra meds will help.
ReplyDeleteWe enjoyed being out for a while, quite chilly and fairly wet today, more rain expected tomorrow.
Darren had finished work now so had a nice break. Our two handed hairdressers are coming to cut our hair in the morning. They have just been on a short cruise!
