Park and Hull

I decided not to walk to the seafront today although I was up early again. The book I ordered came yesterday and I started reading it last night. I think I understand the first thing to practice and that is the feet! So I walked to the park and endeavoured to practice the rolling movement in my feet! I will report on progress if there is some and I stick with it!

I have done a little more to the jigsaw, very slow progress though.
At lunch time I had a lift inti Hull with Tina. She is watching the live snooker and Darren is joining her this evening, then they are staying overnight in Hull and will see more snooker during the day tomorrow. I didn’t have anything I needed really but had a walk somewhere different. I was actually feeling quite weary so caught the 2.4m bus home.

I have changed the bedding today, I was given a 3tog quilt which I am going to try and will put one of my quilts on top. So I have done some washing and sorted out another bag of stuff to take to the charity shop.
Tina has sent me a great picture from Hull this evening so I will finish with that.

  1. The book sounds interesting. You might find it helps so worth a try. The only trouble is that you’ll be trying to change habits you’ve had for years. Won’t be easy, but I know you’ll give it your best shot.
The sunrise from this morning looks nice again. I wish I lived somewhere open like you do.
I know you like Hull so it’s always nice to have a trip there whether you need anything or not. Hope Tina and Darren have a nice time, and you can have a bit of peace and quiet for a while.
I really like the pic Tina sent you. Great reflections.

  2. Seems to have been a busy week, I have certainly upped the walking which is good, I think, although I am not sure the legs think it is such a good idea!
I am sure they will enjoy the snooker, a nice change for them
