I did about an hour in. The front garden this morning concentrating on clearing some of the larger weeds that are growing thought the gravel. One of those jobs that you know you have done but doesn’t look much different to anyone else!
After lunch I spent another hour or so tidying up the walled garden, another job that you know you have done but may not be that noticeable, pleased that I am managing to keep that area tidy as it was looking messy and neglected for some time.
Then I spent some time out in the summer house and took some bird pictures!
Good to see some tits as there are still numerous noisy starlings around feeding their babies.
Really like that second starling shot! Then the blue tit was back.
I think they may have been quite young uni ones but the last picture looks like a very young one as it is losing the baby feathers round it’s head.
Hopefully the weather holds for a bit more gardening tomorrow, and birdwatching!
That’s a cracking shot of the sea and sky. Love it.
ReplyDeleteYou really are getting good use from that summerhouse. It’s perfect for photography. I really like the one of the bird staring straight at you.
Glad to hear you haven’t gone too mad in the garden today. I quite expected you to be out there slogging away for the whole day!
Going to look at the other entry now. You have been busy blogging.
I really liked that one of the starling, was pleased to get some decent shots of the smaller birds too.
ReplyDeleteYes, made a long entry in very many stages tonight!
