Tina was told a about a folly, very close by, that we hadn’t seen or heard of, so I went there before posting letters and shopping this morning.
How much fun is that? Isobel will love it. Spotted another scarecrow while I was out and about.
I came back through the park to see them setting up for carnival weekend.
The fair ground is just behind out garden so it will b a lively weekend!
Mags had a decoupage class at the craft outlet yesterday and I liked the results so got some of the sheets. Today I have made some cards and am really pleased with them. Tina has bagged one already!
Earlier this evening I went to have a look round the fair and the stalls with Darren and Tina. Pretty busy already and sadly there will be plenty of clearing up needed!

A bit of exploring is always good. Love the folly. Great news that Hornsea is a winner! It did all look nice though, and a lot of people put a lot of effort in, so very well deserved.

Nice to get out for a look around fair. Always a nice thing to do with family, and it looks like you all had a good time.
That folly is literally five minutes walk away! Will get a better picture when the sun isn’t behind it.
