Mike and I have been talking about cameras and photos, so today the photos are taken with my bridge camera which has a better zoom. I took some of the flowers in my vase a couple of days ago.
Another good sunset last night.
This morning I spent getting stuff ready for Darren and I to actually have a stall at the boot sale tomorrow. I have the old chests of drawers to go and some other bits of furniture as well as bric a brac as usual. Blue decided to watch me from my bed and she goes into posing if you talk to her. (She can also get a bit handy with the claws and teeth when she gets excited!)
Darren took me into town early this afternoon as I had booked a seat to go and see Little Voice at the Stephen Joseph Theatre. I did take one picture of the 'in the round' stage before I was told no photos. There weren't many people in then. I took that on the other camera so will post it tomorrow. My seat was in the front row so literally inches away from the props and action my side. A very clever production and the girl that play LV was brilliant. I caught the bus home and continued sorting things for tomorrow. We have not long loaded up the car. Tina told me to get the camera as someone had chalked a message on the pavement that she knew I would appreciate.
The fouling is a real problem down our street, I had to clear some the other day that was right by out gate.
The sky was okay this evening, so will finish with more photos from this camera.
Watching 'When Miranda met Bruce' at the moment and Casualty is back tonight. We are making quite an early start tomorrow.
Some very nice pics tonight. Were they all taken with you bridge camera? I really like the fourth sky pic, that's a great one! The flowers are lovely too. I like taking pics of flowers myself as they're so colourful, and they pose quite well too. A bit like Blue does :-)
ReplyDeleteThe message on the pavement is good, and very appropriate around your way. Some time ago they sprayed lots of similar messages on the path around the lake at Eye. They used a stencil though, which was probably a lot quicker as they did a lot of them. Don't know if it did any good. Have a look at it tomorrow when you go out and you'll probably find someone has let their dog poo on it to let you know what their reply is :-)
Glad you enjoyed Little Voice, and I hope you sell lots tomorrow.
Yes all the photos today were taken with the bridge camera, that is how I zoomed in closer for the photo you like tonight.
ReplyDeleteI am hoping we will sell a lot, more for the space although getting a reasonable price would be good too.
