Feeling weary!

I haven’t felt that bright today but think it is just tiredness, have no particular symptoms. I did get out in the garden for about an hour this morning just doing more hoeing and pruning, and I did go to the shop to get some lunch. Thought about getting the bus to Freeport while the weather is still reasonable, but in the end decided against it. We had some deliveries of bird food so I decanted that into containers in the greenhouse.
I did make a cake this afternoon as I had ingredients that needed to be used. 
Yesterday I got an unusual artists pad in a charity shop in Hull. Just one page had been used and it was only £2. I got some oil pastels a couple of weeks ago at the boot sale so thought it would be a good way to have a play with them.


So this evening I have had a bit of a play, not sure I will ever toake to the oil pastels but it was good to try something else.
Hopefully I will feel a bit brighter tomorrow.

    Hopefully it is just because you’re a bit tired. With any luck a couple of good nights will help. It’s just getting them that’s the problem! Sounds like you’ve kept yourself busy though. The cake looks really nice and I imagine it won’t last too long 😊
    I think up your effort at the oil pastels is pretty good and considering they were car booting bargains a cheap way to try it out.
    I hope you feel a bit brighter tomorrow. An early..ish night and fingers crossed for some decent sleep I think.

    That pad is very different, never seen anything like it before, but yes, a good way to try the oil pastels.
    No sign of the storm yet, wonder if it will hit tomorrow!
