Crafty day!

The knees are still rebelling so I haven’t done anything too energetic today. Just a couple of short walks to post letters!
Yesterday evening I had made a start on four masks, this morning ai finished them and put them with others to send off the package to my friend, a friend of hers wanted nine!
This morning the hedgehog house arrived. We still have to assemble the ‘porch’ for the side! Pandora liked the very large box....

This morning I made a birthday card, trying to send all hand made ones at the moment.
This afternoon I went down to the greenhouse to get the bird food that arrived yesterday into containers as it was a bit chaotic in there with all the boxes and packages. Then this afternoon I have painted a couple of little canvases that I bought in Bridlington on Friday.

The knees are still not good and I have two speeds when out, slow and stop, but I intend to catch the bus into Hull tomorrow, the first time since before lockdown.

  1. A non energetic day every now and then is a good idea. You still managed to get quite a bit done now by the looks of it. You’ll soon be able to make those masks blindfolded, which is quite appropriate for masks 😊😷 Is that all your orders fulfilled now? Or do you still have more to make?
Love the hedgehog house, it looks so much better quality than the other one. Plus you get a bonus that the cats like the packaging.
The card looks nice, and as soon as August is over you can have a rest from them for a while.
The little canvases are so cute. Where are you going to display those?
A trip to Hull, that will be fun. Like you say it’s been a while since you’ve been there. h
Hopefully the legs won’t give you too much grief and you’ll enjoy it.

  2. Have kept myself amused today which is always good.
We will probably try to get the hedgehog house out tomorrow, we haven’t really decided where it is going yet.
No outstanding orders for masks but will make a couple more soon as I have no spares for emergencies now.
No real plans for the canvases, just felt like trying a couple of paintings as the elephant had turned out well. Wish I had bought a few more of the mini canvases, now.
