Wet day

Darren and I went along to the market this morning, it started to rain as we set off and has stayed rainy pretty much all day. We enjoyed our sausage sandwiches, we pushed the boat out today and had an egg in there as well. I bought my bunch of goodies from the ‘nutty man’, he gave me a bonus bag of chocolate coated titbits, very difficult to resist!
I was given a quiz sheet and have spent quite a bit of the day trying to work out the answers, have over half completed now. Then this afternoon Imsat out in the summer house for a couple of hours and wrote some letters. The rain was so loud along with the bits being blown off the trees.
I haven’t really taken photos today, although I have framed a signed photo of Lewis Hamilton that I have had for some months now.
The only other phone today is one saved from an email I get of National Geographic pictures. This is an incredible one of jellyfish.
So no gardening today, maybe it will stop raining by the morning.

  1. It’s been pretty much the same here. Sadly I didn’t get out for sarnies and nuts though 😀
That really is a cracking photo of the jellyfish. They have some fantastic ones in NG.
If it doesn’t stop raining you’ll have to have another gardening free day. It’ll do you good. At least it won’t need watering, but the weeds will love it too ☹️
