In the wrong order, Indid take a picture,of the sky this morning. Not as colourful as yesterday but still attractive.
I have hundreds of bulbs to put in, I have not been looking forward to it. These are just the smaller ones, I put in a lot of daffodils and tulips after the majority of these.
June, the garden volunteer fetched round some crosses made of pegs today. They are to commemorate the hundred year anniversary or the end of the First World War. One with a purple poppy to remember the horses and ten with red poppies, one for every ten years. We will put them round the garden soon so as they will be seen by passers by.
Enjoying Strictly now.
The little window boxes look ok. They’ll add a bit of colour to the summer house.
ReplyDeleteI did say I’d put some of those bulbs in for you, but I didn’t seem to get around to it, sorry about that. Looking on the bright side, with that amount of bulbs they should be very colourful when they open up.
The crosses are very unusual. I’ve never seen ones like that before. Very clever idea.
Strictly was good. Not sure who’ll go tomorrow, but hope it’s not Sean for non dancing reasons!
The crosses are very unusual, they have made a load more I to go in other places round the town.
ReplyDeleteThe window boxes are small but will add a bit of colour as you say.
