It has been very warm still but overcast this afternoon so I did go out and decided to use the large loppers to cut back a bush that has got really out of hand. I had cut a couple of stems before remembering the before picture.
There were a lot of cuttings.
Tina came out and trimmed the top which I couldn’t reach and she cut back some of the nettles, I will collect them up when they have died off a bit.
One bug on the bush, not disturbed!
Will go out and do a bit of watering soon.
It's nice to have the whole day at home sometimes. Specially when its this hot. At least you can cool down a bit indoors. Wimbledon fortnight is a good reason for a few days at home too 😊

Fairly quiet day nd nothing really planned for tomorrow.not would be nice if rain stopped play on the garden for a change, but I am not holding my breath.
