Bel was okay this morning, feeling more tired these days and tries to get one job done a day. We had our usual cuppa and natter.
I went round the garden when I came home and was taking, or trying to take pictures of the insects on the little alliums that are near the end of their flowering. I missed the bees on the first couple but decided to post them as well, as they really are great to photograph at the moment. Then a couple that caught bees and the last one there is a hover fly at the top.
Tina gave me a lift to Jeans this afternoon, she was okay too and is still going to her sessions in the pool to help with her back pain. I walked home today as Terry had a cataract back via the sea and the coast watch building,
I made some scones this evening for Tina to take to the fete in one of the villages tomorrow.
Another lazy evening, it’s becoming a habit!
A cats life is so good. Sleeping and eating and being made a fuss of. No wonder she’s well away 😊
ReplyDeleteThe alliums are nice to photograph. I quite like them at that stage as they are a bit of everything. You did well to get the bees too. Not easy hand held with a phone!
Bel and Jean both like to see you, so it makes for an easy..ish Friday. Glad you managed a lift one way to Jeans. It’s a long trek if you have to do it both ways this weather. Good to see the sea at least.
The scones look good as usual. I could just eat a couple now with lots of butter on 🤤
Lazy evenings might be a habit, but it’s a good habit 😊 It’s the weekend too, so a couple of days of rest……😂🤣
Pandora is certainly loved and she makes the most of it!
ReplyDeleteBel and Jean both have trouble getting out and about a lot, and at the moment Jean hasn’t got Terry to take her places, but his fist op went well and he is having the second cataract done quite soon.
I do think the alliums are very interesting at the moment, we get lots of them now as they have dozen for Tina to take to the fete and few to stay here.
Feeling quite tired, it’s hard work being lazy 😂
