Floor cleaning and a walk in the park!

A relatively quiet day, nice visit with Bel this morning and did a bit of a jigsaw with her as well as chatting and having a cuppa. I had cleared and swept the bathrooms before I went ready to use the new steam mop that Tina bought yesterday.
I cleaned the bathroom floors and the downstairs loo and the hallway. It is pretty easy to use and does a good job, but not cordless so I had to carry the extension lead around. A good buy, so the floors will get cleaned more regularly now!
I had a delivery of 12.5k of peanuts for the birds delivered yesterday, so got them down to the greenhouse and into containers,
Although my knee is still quite painful I decided to go for a short walk just down Newbegin and through the park.

I had a message to say the elf has been fired so will get up to Freeport tomorrow.

  1. A reasonably easy day for you today, compared to your usual walk ten miles, clean the house and do six different crafts 😄
The steam mop is a good idea. Should be easier for you and Tina to quickly do the floors, I would have included Darren but can’t imagine him doing it!
A short walk to the park is just a stroll for you, so not overdoing it too much. I like the long shadow pic and the last one…..well all of them actually.
On the bus for the Freeport trip tomorrow, at least one way?

  2. Yes, a fairly quiet day, all the exercise has slowed me down a bit!
    Onward and upward tomorrow, maybe!
