Another lazy day!

I did walk to the shops and up to the seafront today. I feel a bit better than yesterday but was still too tired when I got to the dog walker cafe so. Had a sit down and a cup of tea. Half term and quite a few people around, it was bright this morning but a chilly wind, didn’t stop some enjoying the beach though.
Our house and garden being next door to a bar has its disadvantages. We have an area at the front, by the wall that has cut down trees that are sprouting in all directions. Among them were cans, bottles, takeaway and sweet papers all difficult to get to. I got the litter picker and cleared up as well as O could, managing not to trip over any tree stumps! After that I took another picture of the snowdrops in the front garden as there are so many now years u don’t even notice the weeds!
This afternoon I did a bit of cooking and then this evening I have been to visit friends and have a meal with them. That made a nice change and a very healthy meal as well as Sarah is reading the Grain Brain book at the moment and is trying to stick to a more vegetable based diet.

  1. At least you got out for a walk to see the sea. You’re a real regular in that cafe now. I love the first pic. I’m definitely a silhouette person and that pic is almost a silhouette. You’ll probably think I’m weird, but the thing that makes it good for me is the fact the lady by the sea is holding a bright red bucket which stands out. See, told you I was weird!
I also love the pic o& the snowdrops. They look so good when there are lots like that. Wish my garden was full of them. Plus like you say they do hide the weeds.
Sounds like a nice evening out for you too, and it’s always good when someone else cooks for you. Always seems to taste better 😊

Snowdrops are lovely when you get whole areas of them, there should be a few other patches growing in the town soon!
