Back home, after lunch, I decided to sort out the brick outhouse which was a rgood also mess. Firstly I attached some hooks to a piece of wood to stick (fingers crossed) to the wall.
I w not out and was about to take a ‘before ‘ picture when I dropped the camera and it jammed! Thought I had taken one with this but it seems I haven’t, which is a bit of a shame. Spoke to Mike who looked up a ‘fix’ and it worked, but I had already been sorting by then. So and ‘after’ picture with nothing to compare it to.
I found some large red hooks which I screwed into the struts under the shelf. The wood with the hooks has stayed up but I haven’t hung anything too heavy on it yet so that it has time to cure. I did do some leaf clearing and hoeing in the back garden but didn’t chance taking the camera out and dropping it again.i moved the animal ormaments into the outhouse for winter sqf keeping.
Had dinner with Darren as Tina is out for the day. He is off out to a club now and I am watching It Takes Two!
Really pleased to be able to help you get the camera going again as I know how much pleasure you get out of using it.
ReplyDeleteShame you didn’t get the before pic, but I do remember what it looked like last time I saw in there, and it now looks a whole lot better. Very neat and tidy, and well organised. The hooks look like they’ve gone up well on that bit of wood. I’m sure that special glue you had will be more than up to doing the job. The bits you’re going to hang up don’t look too heavy.
Think I’d relocate that mower and free up a bit more space as it’s a nice handy outside shed.
I was very pleased to get your advice about the camera.
ReplyDeleteI couldn’t believe that I hadn’t actually taken the before photo, but never mind. The tools are much better in there as the old original outhouses are lovely but have holes in the roof so they leak!
