Little boxes

This morning I waited for the shopping delivery, Tina is away and Darren had a meeting, but it wasn’t a big delivery so soon sorted. I got some washing done and the caught the bus to Sigglesthorne. I walked up to the garden centre, had a drink and then went to look for some wool to but for Isobel. I also bought a cheese slicer.
I walked back down to the bus stop, which has a fence that is often hit and twisted, this time it was uprooted!
I walked a few bus stops as I had a while before one was due. Haven’t walked through Seaton village before.

There have been visitors to the bird feeder today, the robin several times, starlings a couple of times and, somehow a squirrel got through the cage!
This afternoon and evening making some little storage boxes. I will put photos of the progress.

Rather fiddly!
When Darren was unpacking his car he told me to get the phone. Tried to take the interesting sky but it was very dark!
Been relaxing and watch Ethan’s last day in Casualty ☹️

  1. Sounds like you were deserted today then. Good job you can always find stuff to do. No chance of getting bored 😊
That bus stop must be one of the most dangerous place to stand in the country! I don’t know how they manage to hit that railing so often. It’s a straight bit of road. They must be daydreaming. It’s a good idea walking from stop to stop when the bus isn’t due for a while. Knowing my luck the bus would pass me between stops! I really like the hare sculpture in that garden. The other one isn’t bad either.
Awww, the squirrel does look extremely cute. He deserves a bit of food for working out a way into the feeder. Such a great little camera.
Those mini boxes are so small and complicated. I really don’t know how you manage to cut them out, let alone put them together. I have to say they do look great though. You’re flying along with it. We’ll have to start looking for another one for you to do 😄
The sky pic is very dark, but still good in a strange way.the orange light on the bottom edge adds to it.
Another varied day over with. Wonder what tomorrow will bring?

  2. That railing does get hit regularly, it is odd.
It is a brilliant camera in the bird feeder, a great present
The boxes were quite challenging but look pretty much as they should!
    No real plans for tomorrow.
