What a difference a year makes!

Today I have not really done a lot, few household chores, a bit of tv and started a jigsaw.
The snow was almost gone when I fed the birds, but still very cold and the ice from the bird bath is still on the lawn this evening!
It is hard to believe that this time last year I was taking a button craft class in the Methodist hall as part of the Welcome Centre program!

Just for fun I will add a couple of stylised photos curtesy of Google photos!

As a treat and because it is Valentine’s Day Tina ordered in lunches from the place where we got Christmas dinners. Just took a picture of mine, very delicious.
I was given a jigsaw to do a little while ago, well borrowed it, and have started it today. I think it will be a fun one to do.
Hopefully I will be a bit livelier tomorrow!

  1. A slow day every now and then is good for you. I’ve had quite a few lately 😊
It has been a very cold day, I’ve not been outside but the heating has had to be on all day!
As you say, what a difference a year makes! I really hope things start going back to “normal” very soon. I’m fed up with getting older but not enjoying it.
Love the church against the red sky courtesy of Google, very nice.
The dinner really looks delicious. I’m definitely going to look online to see if anywhere near me does deliveries like that.

    1. It was nice to have a quieter day and not expect too much of the knees!
      Hopefully a livelier day tomorrow!
Hope you do find somewhere to deliver a nice meal.
