Boot sale and Mappleton

I did go with Darren to the boot sale, my legs are still quite painful but a bit easier than yesterday and I probably managed to wander round two thirds of the site. Took a couple of pics while having a cuppa while Darren carried on. Some masks in these pics but I doubt 10% of people actually bothered and it was pretty busy.

There were a couple of shots of foxes on the lawn last night, we still don’t know where they enter and leave, have pointed the cameras nearer the summer house this evening.
I have been doing another puzzle for quite a bit of the day and listening to an audio book. As luck would have it got more puzzles and an audio book this morning, plus a set of pin crayons,
After dinner Tina drove us up to Mappleton, so will finish with a few pictures from there. Last part of Strike tonight.

  1. Most people don’t seem to be bothering with masks. It’s ok in an open space, but car booting sales are far from open spaces! Actually doing something about it might be a good idea, like heavy fines, but people know the chances of that are pretty low.
Don’t think you’ll ever find out where they are coming in. Just a case of keep moving the camera I suppose. One disadvantage of having a huge garden.
Nice little haul of bargains and all useful to you too. Plus the sausage panini makes going even more worthwhile.
Glad you got out to Mappleton. It’s a nice place and you definitely get some nice pics there. Plus it’s a bit of fresh air if you’ve been in all day.
    Last Strike tonight. Enjoy.

  2. Certainly not a lot of mask wearing at the boot sale, we both wore masks and I always take hand gel with me as well. I enjoy it even when I can’t get all the way round!
It was good to see the sea and get some air this evening, we like it up there.
    Strike was good.
