Strawberry Fields boot sale and market

Darren and I set off for Strawberry Fields near Bridlington. It was absolutely huge, after our sandwich we were wandering round for nearly three hours! I bought quite a few bits and pieces, just what I need, more clutter! Here is a picture of some of them.
I wasn’t home for too long before I was off to have a drink with Elaine who I used to work with at the charity shop. I didn’t buy cake this time I took a couple of slices of Darren’s birthday cake. Took this shot of the church on my way to her house.
We had a nice catch up and a couple of cuppas. When I came back Darren and Tina invited me along to Mr Moo’s for yummy sundaes.
We forced them down! When we. Had eaten then we went to say thank you to the cows!

I did an hours gardening when we got back then got changed ready to perform body guard duties in the church as a wedding rehearsal. Quite a varied day and I am pretty tired, watching the celebrity painting challenge now!

  1. Some great bargains. You’ve got a fair collection of geckos now. Really like the wooden bowl too. Great pic of the church. Such nice colours and brill composition.
Those ice cream sundaes look good! Think I could force one of those down myself.
You always seem to combine so many different things into your days. Stops the boredom setting in I suppose 😊

  2. I was pleased with the church picture, the tree was just beautiful.
We walked around for so long at the boot sale, but it was very good and the weather was kind.
    Very naughty but nice sundaes!
