II had removed a few a couple of weeks back and haven’t been in a hurry to continue on this particular bed. But made pretty good headway, there is still some clearing to do beyond the tree but that is for another day.
Had lunch and bit of a rest and then went into the back garden to make a bigger flower bed round the stump. I intend to move one of the acres into it when it is ready.
That was quite hard going as I started bu using the lawn edger to mark it out. There had been a lot of daffodils around it so I had bags for the removed grass and weeds and put the daffodil bulbs into the trug. Nowhere near finished Nd the photo is not so zoomed in although they are both taken from the summer house.
I didn’t feel like cooking, or walking really, but went down to the front to have pensioners fish and chips. Enjoyed them and really pleased with this evening sea shot!

That bed looks amazingly different. Surprisingly how a bit of hard toiling makes a difference!
ReplyDeleteYou’ve done a fair bit out there again today, so not surprised you didn’t fancy cooking. Fish and chips by the sea is definitely the way to go on those occasions. Great pic too, so really worth going. Two birds in one pic is showing off a bit though 😊
