My throat is quite sore, so haven't been out and about today except for a little drive with Tina this evening. I had a quiet morning, did a bit of tidying and started deciding how to assemble the Christmas cards. I have whole three done except for the greeting inside, just as well I am starting early!
Two odd photos now, they are just the corner pieces of my computer desk chair. It just makes me think how unobservant we can be, I have had the chair getting on for four years I should think and don't think I have ever looked at the unusual grain on them. I sit on this chair every day!

I spent the afternoon cooking, dinner and some pies for the freezer. After dinner Tina had to go and collect a book from Parish House so took Darren and I for a little drive to see the sea this evening. We stopped at the Spa end.
Then she parked between the bays.
Stopped again at the north bay, the sea was rough this evening.
Took a picture of the hotel up on the cliff.
Last evening of Paralympic finals, will be sad to see it finish as the whole thing has been fantastic.

  1. You may have only done three, but they're very nice cards, and there's no rush.
It took me a minute to get my bearings with the wood pictures, but then they clicked into place. It really is amazing how much stuff we see every day, but don't actually see. Nice when you do notice though, as it makes you look for other stuff.
Some nice picture again this evening. I particularly like the people silhouetted against the sunset, and the one of the hotel. The vertical cloud looks very unusual. Talking of pictures, I've had a 12x8 print done of the sunset with the contrail in it. Just need to find a suitable frame for it now.
