A couple more attempts at geese pictures yesterday evening.
Plus one of the sunset.
I went to the gym this morning, only did about 15 minutes, but with the walk there and back I am trying to do more. Didn't swim today as I had got the wrong times in my head. Walked back via the glen again and into the park, this squirrel was hoping I had treats, but he was unlucky.
I have started getting some of the decoupage assembled as the proper glue arrived yesterday. The main problem will be that these cards will probably require large letter stamps.
Tina and I had a trip to Sainsbury's this afternoon, she hadn't had lunch and she needed to get petrol as she is driving to York tomorrow. I walked down to the front tonight, I am so pleased I did because the sea fret was rolling in. You couldn't see the cliff or castle but there was still blue sky above.
I paddled in the sea for about 20 minutes, this is a shot from the sea.
That was towards the Sea Life Centre with only a hint of the fret that end. I asked if I could take this picture, the child was squealing with delight, they were having such fun!
I took a lot of pictures, nothing too unusual there, but will add three more of the advancing fret.
Still clear looking in the other direction.
The beginnings of the sunset.
Some more geese!
And the sunset before I walked home.
A pretty busy and varied day for you, which is good. A bit of exercise, a bit of craft, and a bit of paddling. That's what living at the seaside is all about :-)
ReplyDeleteSome great pictures this evening. The various pics of the fret coming in are good. It looks like something out of a scfi film creeping over the land. My favourite tonight has to be the beginnings of the sunset, but I'd probably lose the lamppost sticking up in the middle. Yes, I know I'm too picky :-)
I was really pleased to see the fret come in, and sunset over the sea makes a change!
