Tina and Darren went out for a while as they don’t often get a chance to do something together. I did a couple of chores and then finished colouring one of the letters I am doing as gifts. It doesn’t quite fit the frame so I will have to think about a mount for it.
When Darren and Tina got home and Darren showed me his purchases of new shoes we got on with the jigsaw for a while. Tina also joined us for a while, but as you can see, so did Pandora so I had trouble working on my area!
When I was out this morning I stopped to talk to the lady who runs Missy, the little boutique. I admired her leisure suit, hers was white and grey, but she had other colours. Ended up buying one, taking a Ellie wearing it was somewhat beyond my capabilities!
Going to try and stay positive and actually go to bed in the bed tonight, fingers firmly crossed!
As you say, making it to the sea and back isn’t a bad achievement considering it hasn’t been that long since the op. But it’s still hard to cope with the lack of decent sleep, or any sleep come to that. You’ll get there in the end though. Hopefully the end won’t actually be that far away. Nice sky in the beach pic.
ReplyDeleteYou’re going to miss doing all those letters once you done them all. The nice pencils have taken a fair hammering over the past few weeks!
The puzzle looks a bit of a nightmare to me. Don’t think I’d have the patience to do it. Hope Pandora doesn’t have one of those running in place moments like on the cartoons. That’d make a mess of it 😊
You should have got Tina to take that last pic, it looks a really awkward position to be in! Looks a nice comfy bit of apparel though.
Not a bad day, just about managed to stay awake for the Andrew Marr program, so interesting, but bed is calling, let’s hope it lives up to expectations!
ReplyDeleteThe pencils are great, thinking of getting a bigger selection as they are a pleasure to use.
