Shorty walk and colouring

Last night I took the first tablet of the new medication. Not sure what I was expecting but no great change, the leg was still painful and I was a bit fidgety, but I do think that I was more relaxed about it. So time will tell, but have felt okay today.
This morning I wrote a couple of notecards and got a birthday card ready for posting then took a gentle walk along Newbegin to the post box. Took a detour into the park and took a couple of pictures there for a change.

I have done some colouring and finished and framed the letter D. Now it is r day to be wrapped and delivered for Christmas.
I have spent some time doing crossword puzzles and managed a few chores including taking the fox food out. Plenty of rests with the ice pack to ease the discomfort.
Tina has felt a bit under the weather today so we may or may not have a trip out when she is off tomorrow.

  1. I was hoping the new tablet would be the cure all for troubles. But if it helps even a little in some way then it’s worth taking. Maybe it’ll get better after you’ve taken it a few times.
Glad you got out for a short walk but didn’t overdo it. You really are being good lately in doing all the right things. Must be driving you up the wall though 😊
The D looks nice. Surprising the difference the frame and border make.
Hope the Rev feels a bit better tomorrow.
    Enjoy the portrait artist final.

  2. Second attempt! Not going too mad as I haven’t got the energy to want to do much more.
I have enjoyed colouring the letters, especially as they are framed and going to be gifts so not more stuff for me to find a home for!
