Frosty start and a visit to the dentist.

A crisp frosty winter morning today, I took a short walk to the entrance of the park but took a some photos in the front garden first. I stayed in the car park that looks over the park as the ground was uneven and I think probably slippery so thought it best to stay on terra firma.

Anya saw this and thought of me!

I did start a bit of colouring and a bit of letter writing but ended up having to get my feet up and use the ice packs as my leg has been particularly painful today, but I will get things done bit by bit.

This afternoon I had a dental appointment, they have hiked the prices up but I need to keep them checked. A check up doesn’t include a clean now so will make another appointment for a clean in the new year. Had to wait a while there as they were running late, once in it was over in about five minutes! Being delayed had a plus’s side though as the sky on the way home was great.

I posted the cards I had written last night on my way back.

When the Ringtons man came last week he was selling off some coffee makers, and I had ordered some individual coffee creamers which arrived today. So used it this afternoon when I got home.

It hasn’t been a good day pain wise, but I am ever hopeful that things will soon start to improve. Will sleep down on the recliner again tonight.
