Anya saw this and thought of me!
I did start a bit of colouring and a bit of letter writing but ended up having to get my feet up and use the ice packs as my leg has been particularly painful today, but I will get things done bit by bit.
This afternoon I had a dental appointment, they have hiked the prices up but I need to keep them checked. A check up doesn’t include a clean now so will make another appointment for a clean in the new year. Had to wait a while there as they were running late, once in it was over in about five minutes! Being delayed had a plus’s side though as the sky on the way home was great.
I posted the cards I had written last night on my way back.
When the Ringtons man came last week he was selling off some coffee makers, and I had ordered some individual coffee creamers which arrived today. So used it this afternoon when I got home.
It hasn’t been a good day pain wise, but I am ever hopeful that things will soon start to improve. Will sleep down on the recliner again tonight.
It was a bit frosty underfoot today, I nearly slipped over this morning so definitely not a day for a gammy legged person to be out and about! Some nice pics of the frost though. When I sat in the van waiting for Brian to pop into a tool shop I saw lots of frosty webs on the fencing and thought of you too. I just didn’t think to take a pic, and it would have meant getting out the van and into the cold 😊
ReplyDeleteThe dentist was definitely worth the trip just for that lovely orange sky! Expensive couple of pics though!
The cafetière looks a bit posh. A bit like coffee at a high class restaurant. Very nice. Seeing the creamers reminds me of out conversation earlier. Knew there was something I was going to do.
I’m sure things will start to get better and less painful soon for you, but don’t hold me to that ☹️
With frost and bonus sky sighting nice to have some different pics today.
DeleteReally wish I was being a bit more productive, but at the moment resting and dozing off seems all I am good for!
Think positive though, will soon be back nearer to normal I am sure.
