Gift tags and gardening!

I ordered some nice wrapping paper from Save The Children but there weren’t any gift tags so last night I sorted out some shiny card and made some. Just have to sort out some cord or ribbon now.
I was using my ‘Kelpies’ tray, which was nice.
This morning I took another rather misty looking photo out of the window.
Pandora got on my lap for a bit but she was quite feisty this morning and was soon attacking me, so it was short lived as I don’t want any open injuries before surgery!
I spent over an hour in the back garden and worked only the main bed. Even got the last few bulbs planted! I didn’t take a before picture but I am pleased that this bed looks ‘winter ready’.
The picture frames arrived today so I can frame up some of the letters I have been colouring. I got my washing up to date and did a bit of sorting but nothing too energetic, need to keep the blood pressure under control.

  1. You’ve been busy getting little, and larger jobs out of the way. The garden is looking nice. It should last ok while you can’t get out there, but if you see too many weeds growing then delegate the task 😊 Did you cut the tags by hand or with the die cutter? Either way they’ll look nice on pressies.
Hopefully a really easy day tomorrow so the blood pressure stays low ready for Saturday. The countdown continues.......

  2. I cut the tags by hand, sitting putting some ribbons in now!
I am hopeful the weeds won’t grow too much over the winter months, don’t want to start all over again!
Final preparations tomorrow and making sure everything is good to go before I go to bed!
