Getting sorted!

Yesterday evening I coloured anther net of the letters, rally enjoying doing them and have ordered some frames so that I can think about giving some as presents.
Today has not been a snappy one, this one is a bit murky through the window this morning
I did spend an hour or so in the front garden, pruning and hoeing, that is it for work on the front garden, hopefully not too much weed growth before I get out there again.
Sitting in the dining room when I came in, doing a puzzle for a bit until I got a little helper!
This afternoon I got the small case out and started to gather stuff together for Saturday. I realised that my snuggly dressing gown was too bulky as it took up half the room so have ordered a new lightweight one to go along with the ‘proper’ slippers, the nighties and the baggy trousers! Hoping I don’t need to replace anything else now.
I did some ironing and washed some pieces of material as I want to try using the nose strips I got in Scotland to see if that helps with the steaming up for glasses wearers.
Have had a nice bath this evening using my own toiletries as from tomorrow it’s showers and the medicated stuff from the hospital to use until I go in.

  1. Good to hear you’ve finished gardening now. Doubt you’ll be feeling the same while you’re watching the weeds grow. It’ll be like they’re laughing at you 😊 Looks like Pandora is determined to see you take it easy too. She obviously thought you’d done way too much puzzling!
I quite like the pic through the window. Quite atmospheric, and the crow in the foreground is quite menacing!

  2. Think you may have missed the last paragraph as it would publish to start with.
Didn’t say I had finished in the back garden!

  3. No, that wasn’t there when I read it. I was on here about 20 minutes after you published, so I assumed it was finished.
The back garden will be ok, no one can see that from the road 😊 Hopefully everything you’ve bought in readiness will get used!
