Sorting sort of day

Going to start with a couple of pictures of Pandora last night. She spends a lot of time on the back of my chair, she obviously is more comfortable that she looks. I am not that comfortable when she is behind me but it is so cute! Then she sometimes curls up on the mat next to my chair. I bought another pet bed, they are both downstairs. Blue is on one almost permanently now so Pandora doesn’t go anywhere near them!

I spent the morning working in the kitchen, I had loads of stuff in brown paper bags that I had ordered from the Refill Jar Shop, and the large table had got cluttered. Also wanted to sort out the containers for the cakes which I hope to marzipan tomorrow. Why is it that you never seem to be able to find the right containers and lids?

After lunch I had another sorting job to do, the outhouse where Rob, the guy who does the lawn, keeps his mower, but I also have tools in there and put stuff in until it is hard to get in! So got that sorted and took some things down into the greenhouse. Then I hosed down the garden ornaments that were in front of the rockery. Got them dried and they are not on the shelf in the outhouse.

There is a beautiful later flower blooming in the bed by the pampas grass.

I sorted out the edge pieces of the periodic table jigsaw, a bit of an oops moment as I should have measured the board!

I sent for some skin tone pencils as much as I love my American pencils the colours for portraits are not great. So before Strictly I had another go at the drawing. Not a good likeness again but much better colours!

Watched an interesting program about Sammy Davis Jnr the other day, so listening to a cd by him now.
