It has been a wet and miserable day but I went out in the rain anyway as there was a Victorian Christmas market at the Floral Hall. Bumped into Lunny when I arrived so had a drink with her and Rick her husband before we went for a look round. I got a silly elf hat, no picture, maybe one day, they were being sold to raise money for a local kids football team. I also bought a beautiful aluminium fair trade bowl.
There was a ukulele band playing who were quite good, last year the entertainment was very dreary!
Walking back I took a picture of the winter pond which has now returned in the park!
Off out to see The Rolling Stones Story at Bridlington Spa this evening with David and Sarah. Will catch up with Strictly tomorrow.
Pandora looks extremely comfortable and at home on there. She could really get used to that if you let her 😊
ReplyDeleteI do like the bowl. Lovely picture in it and an unusual shape too. Perfect to fill up with little snackettes for any may have.
I’ve listened to a couple of ukulele bands on YouTube lately and they do sound really good when they’re all playing together. Perfect background noise for a Christmas market.
I quite like the winter pond. Although I’m sure a lot of locals moan about it. Great watering hole and bath for the local wildlife!
Hope you have a great evening, with a bit of aisle bopping included 😊
Great show and some aisle bopping as well!
