Dot art session

Four ladies arrived this morning for the dot art session, a very relaxed and enjoyable couple of hours. Three of the ladies start d bigger projects but one is having knee replacement surgery on Friday so she just painted a coaster and a couple of snowflakes.

I did a bit more dotting on my gecko.
The ladies enjoyed the cheese scones, Tamar, the other instructor is going to do some baking for next week. I got the room tidied up quickly today as Tina had a meeting in there this afternoon.
I took a walk to post some letters but carried on to have a drink by the sea. It had been a nice day, rain free which was a bonus.

Took the next photo while I was having my drink, then one more of the sea on my ah home as the sun was catching the waves.

This final photo I took on the way home, I liked the way the sun was catching the railings.
As far as I know I am going to a craft session with Abi tomorrow.

  1. All the dot art looks very good. You’re obviously doing a good job of showing how it’s done. They really seem to have got into it. The gecko will look good in your bathroom.
Thought they might like the scones. What is Tamar going to bake?
Nice to get out for a walk and a drink too. The final picture is absolutely cracking! I love everything about it. The light is lovely as are the reflections. The curly lamppost and the Christmas decoration look great too and the cars taillights just finish it off.

  2. The dot art is going well, they are very keen at the moment. I may get the gecko finished in the week, we will see.
Don’t know what Tamar is baking, but pleased that she offered.
I really like the final photo too.
