Ready to roll

Tina took me up to Hornsea garden centre first thing this morning as I had thought the sale of Christmas goods had started early. I was mistaken. But having said that there were some items with good reductions and Tina got a couple of bits. We didn’t stop for a drink as Tina had a service to get to and ai was popping g in to see Bel. Did take some Christmas displays, we were pretty much on our own there.

Bel was fine, she had a present for me to collect. I took her cake over at the weekend.

I spent sometime in the garden, sorted out all the bird food so that Tina can find everything when she feeds them. I also spent awhile collecting some of the branches and twigs still littering the lawn.

Nothing much to tell about the rest of the day as I was doing final packing and trying to leave my rooms relatively tidy. I decided to phone the hospital and see if they could give me any idea when my surgery my take place. A very nice lady put me on hold after taking my details and when she returned said she was going to book me in for surgery in March. This is not confirmed yet, but I am feeling positive.

Really looking forward to my Christmas break and catching up with friends and family.
