Pottery pics

Anya and Isobel stayed over oat night and this morning, after a quick game of Bananagrams we went up to Freeport. Anya and Isobel painted items and I worked on the candlestick I started before Christmas. I also got to see the coffee pot and puffin I painted as samples.
Isobel enjoyed a milk shake before painting.
I worked on the outlines of the ivy on the candlestick, Any took a photo of me deep concentration!
I will collect Anya and Isobel’s pieces when they are fired.
We did some shopping and then Darren and Tina joined us at the cafe for lunch. Anya and Isobel set off for home soon after we got back to the house. I took the photos of the pieces I collected when I got home. The gonk for Jean and the Mary and baby Jesus models.
This afternoon I have done most of the unpacking, got some washing done, and went to the local shop. My knee has been a bit iffy today so a nice evening in front of the tv now.

  1. I love the coffee pot. Very bright but simple. The puffin is just lovely. I bet you were really pleased with how it turned out. In fact everything is nice. The gonk and Mary and Jesus are really good. You do concentrate hard when you paint, as shown by the pic 😂 Did you have a milk shake too? Does look quite delicious.
Sounds like you’re getting back to your normal routines now your home. Take it easy if you can.
