Much more active!

This morning I was up early and decided to walk to the front to see the sunrise, which wasn’t early so plenty of time. I made a flask and set off wearing the barefoot shoes. I took over twenty photos and have cut back to half a dozen, not the best sunrise, more clouds give more colour!
I took this photo of a charity shop window on my way home.
When I got home I helped get the shopping unpacked and tried to put a few bits into the puzzle. Then I went out for a walk again to the post office s Tina had an important letter to send off. The winter pond is appearing in the park again.
The post had come and I received the biggest card ever!
I went out into the garden to feed the birds, I still can’t believe the difference to the trees!
I had another short walk to deliver a couple of cakes. Saw Bel who was feeling better today.
This afternoon I actually finished the jigsaw. Two pieces missing, but a bit of searching and it is complete. That was a challenge!

Will finish with a couple of evening skies. Have just enjoyed the Strictly final, result soon.

  1. Definitely worth the walk to the front this morning, and a test for the new shoes. Some lovely pics there. We had skies that colour this evening, but I couldn’t actually see the sun, so not quite the same.
That is a big Christmas card! Bet that didn’t go through the letter box 🙂
That tree does look a bit different now. It makes the garden look totally bare!
Well at last the puzzle is done. I bet you’re so pleased to get that out the way. You can do a more sensible one next. It does look nice though. Bet you panicked when you discovered two pieces were missing!
Nice night sky to finish off with. I really must get out and take some pics one of these days.

  2. A busy day by recent standards so a bit weary and achy now, but nothing too drastic. So far the shoes would seem to be a success, certainly comfortable and I didn’t find it difficult to walk in them.
Very pleased to have finished the puzzle, won’t start another one before Christmas.
