Some nice primulas ones the front garden and even some aconites about to open.
I have been to see Sarah and David this evening. On the way out I realised my keys weren’t in my pocket but Darren said it would be okay to ring when I got back. First thing when back was to find them, but I had let myself in and they weren’t in the door, so they couldn’t be far away. They were in my handbag which was a relief, not just for the keys but my Ghana key ring which I have been using for about fourteen years!
David had done my reference for volunteering, just have to see what happens with the DBS check as I missed out some information form it and reaslised some hours after it had been submitted!
Oh yes, I did have 25kg of suet pellets for the birds and got them down to the greenhouse and into containers, what with that and changing the bedding I had a bit of a workout today!
New dishwasher is being delivered tomorrow.
Household chores, that’s a bit boring but they have to be done I suppose. You can’t have fun every day doing quilts. Looks very gloomy in those pics, so not really a hardship staying around the house.
ReplyDeleteAt least you’ve got some colour in the garden. Cheers up the gloom a bit.
Blimey, is it fourteen years since Ghana? That’s soon gone by ☹️
Hope the form goes through ok, or they at least get in touch with you rather than just throw it out!
I had 50 grams of suet in my dumplings tonight and that wore me out, so 25kg would have killed me!
New dishwasher, does that mean they’re getting rid of you? 😊
You never know, my days may be numbered! That comment made me giggle!
ReplyDeleteI have peanuts for the birds arriving soon but just 12 1/2 kg!
