Cakes made

I put the last two replacement cakes in fairly early, they are cooled and wrapped now and the tins put away for another year. I did the usual Saturday morning shopping and the we had the food delivery. Tina held Pandora today and I administered the drops. She freaked again and ran outside, it was pretty late evening, not long ago that she came in. We had called her and she kept running away.
Yesterday I had spilt suet pellets all over the floor of the greenhouse when the handle of a large container broke, so went down and cleaned it up.
My funky weighted hula hoop arrived. It will take a lot of tries for me to keep it going!
Tina had a go as well butI was warned to keep the phone alone!
I have sorted out what I am taking next week and have done screen shots of my train tickets.
I wandered round the garden, wanted to take a photo of a lovely gladiolus.
A marigold with a hover fly, and the some of the geraniums with lovely variegated leaves.

Pandora eventually came in ravenous and has now forgiven me enough to be in her usual place!

  1. Glad the cakes are finally sorted. Well the baking bit at least.
Pandora was obviously hungry so had to come home and make up with you 😊
The funky hoopla hoop is good. Having seen a short video of your trial endeavour with it I will say no more 😄 You definitely should have got the Rev on camera having a try! I can imagine it’s not easy to keep it going. Too much for me I think. You are a glutton for punishment!
All sorted for your trip. I’m looking forward to seeing you.
Seeing the pics of the plants almost makes the hard work worthwhile…..almost! Still at least you’ll have a week without any chance of sneaking out to do some.
Pandora looks like she’s trusting you again, although I’m sure she’s watching from the corner of her eye 😊

  2. I am looking forward to my trip and catching up with you and everyone else. A few days and not so much of a rush.
Had to get a Pandora to move, she was settled for the duration.
Some pretty plants in the garden and plenty of weeds!
