Tina is off now for a bit and as it was a nice day she thought it was time to clear some leaves. Didn’t take a before picture but there were loads on the lawn and you couldn’t see the edges of the flower beds.
I visited Sarah and David this afternoon for an hour, Sarah had painted a mask yesterday which she plans to wear when she is being an elf in Tesco! Will probably frighten the children away!
I did varnish my gecko picture yesterday and it has really brightened the colours.
Darren is away this weekend and we were gong to go and have fish and chips by the sea, but in the end we decided to have a Chinese take away, very nice it was too.
When we were in the garden Pandora managed to get out of the small gap left where the extension lead was through the window. She also managed to get back in when she was spooked! But now she will be even more desperate to get out so we will have to be careful. I was good no to try the harness again but have put it away somewhere safe, never to be seen again!
You’ve been a bit busy again then, rather than taking it easy! Tut tut.
ReplyDeleteThe garden does look a lot better than in some of the recent ones I’ve seen with the leaves on. You must have collected quite a few between you. Definitely a job well done.
The mask may well be a little scary for the kiddlywinks 😊
The gecko looks really good now. It’s amazing how a bit of varnish brings out the colour. Will look good in the bathroom.
Bet Pandora will be gagging to get outside again now she’s tasted a bit of freedom. You’ll have to be really careful. But I don’t think she’d go too far away as I know how much she likes your company. Sure she’d soon come back.
Full up with Chinese and a bit of strictly, perfect.
Tina stayed out in the garden a bit longer than me but it was a good team effort.
ReplyDeleteThe gecko is pleasing now, the mask is quite something, the dot art has been a success overall.
