Rain, rain go away.....

It has been a really wet day, in fact the puddle on the drive has returned. There is also a new one where Tina parks her car, but not as big!

That’s it for pictures today, maybe tomorrow will be more productive. I went out early to post some letters and get something in for lunch. Then I got Blue in and took Pandora out into the garden for a while, it was raining but she was frolicking around today and did come into the summer house. I manag d to get her to come in because she was beginning to shake her legs as she is not used to getting wet!

Then I sliced Christmas cakes, I am going to take twenty slices along to the HUG meal this evening so that everyone can take a piece home, I was also going to a coffee morning at David and Sarah’s so took a plate of cake along to that. 

I had an afternoon appointment at Bodymax, a sports physio place, but they phone Ned to asked if I could go in at twelve as they had had a cancellation.

I went in at midday, saw a very nice young woman who took all the details and then did some ultrasound on both knees and then massaged the back of the knees and hamstrings.she is good no to email me some Stretcher no exercises as she said the right leg particularly is very tight. She said give them a call to make another appointment on Monday if I have found it helpful.

This afternoon Lunny came in to see us and to have a piece of Christmas cake.

This evening I am off to the HUG Christmas meal, just over the road at Thyme and tide.
