Trip to Hemel with Anya

Up and about this morning and had a chat with Olivia, who has had a pink colour put on her hair and it is really attractive.
Anya picked me up around ten as planned and we had a really nice drive down to Hemel to see Brian and Hazel. Hazel got us a delicious lunch and we all chatted inside for a bit. They has some beautiful coloured lilies in a vase that didn't look real. From a Sainsbury's apparently, a pity I haven't one near home anymore.
We all went out and sat in front of the flats for a while, it was a lovely day, sunny but not too hot. There was a very attractive tree across the car park from where we were sitting.
A couple of pics of us enjoying the air, so to speak.

We had another trouble free drive back to Peterborough and I spent an hour or so with Anya, Louis and Isobel before Anya dropped me back here. Rachel and I went for a walk up to the park and apart from that we have just sat and watched a bit of tv. Heading back home tomorrow.

    Love the hair. That looks really nice.
    Glad your trip to see Brian and Hazel went well. So much easier than the extra train journeys. It was really good of Anya to drive you down there. Looks like you picked a very nice day for it too.
    It was good to see you this morning before you headed off home. I really must try to get up there for a few days as soon as I can. When you’re not flying off to foreign parts or commuting around this country that is :-)

    It was a good day, we all enjoyed the time together.
    We will work something out for a visit soon, it has all been a bit hectic, but I can find plenty of gardening for you to do!! Only joking, I know how much you love it, and a visit to just see Hornsea would be good.
