A couple of very different sky pictures from yesterday.
Last night I was really concerned about my ankle, I thought I might be getting medical advice today, but this morning it was no worse and maybe a little easier. Tina dropped me off in town and I had about 45 minutes in the pool. Another person in there most of the time, he was swimming, so I swam as well while he was in and walked before and after he joined me! I went into town and had a coffee, had a free one at Thorntons, which was nice. Caught the bus home and put the tennis on. Tina joined me and watched with me for the afternoon and Darren joined us while we had lunch. The Johanna Konta match was fantastic, over three hours and great tennis. Andy won pretty easily and it was good to see him win but not nearly as good a match to watch. Tina sat on the chair that Blue has made her own, much to the little lady's disgust. She rarely sits on a lap and if she does maybe for a few seconds. When she realised that Tina wasn't moving she sat on her lap for maybe an hour!
The tie dye shirts are dry and now ironed, I am pleased with the results even though they are not quite as I had imagined them.
Pretty funky, even if I do say it myself!! Nadal is playing at the moment, a real tennis marathon today.
Good news regarding the ankle. A doctors or A&E visit would have been a real downer for you. No more running!
ReplyDeleteNot sure I'd call Blue a little lady, she looks like she grown quite a bit! She does look comfy though :-)
The t shirts are great. They are a lot brighter too now they're dry. I'm sure Anya and Isobel will love them too. You're quite a clever old stick really aren't you? :-)
Hopefully they will, we should look quite eye catching out together in them! I would do another tee shirt, quite enjoyed doing them.
ReplyDeleteThe ankle just feels numb tonight, have tried to keep doing a bit of stretching, never imagined how long I would be trying to get mobile again, but will just keep on trying and see what happens.
Blue is quite a big cat now.
