Taking it easy

I had a bad night, aching legs and neck, so much for exercise making you fit! I did go to the banking hub and the shops first thing and called in at Botany Boutique to get some advice on repotting a plant. Apart from that it has been a day of a bit of housework and getting packed and sitting snoozing with the cat!
The weird plant has now opened.
I have enjoyed using my Gtech strimmer, I never did get on with the ones that had a reel of wire! My one is very different and I need some new plaid cutters. Straight from the company fifty cost £3.99  and free postage, can’t be bad.
When I was filling the watering cans I noticed a dandelion clock that still had the end of the dead flower attached.
I will water the garden when the sun goes down, hopefully Tina or Darren will do some watering if there is no rain on the horizon. Off for the journey to Peterborough after I have voted in the morning,

  1. I think the theory that exercise makes you fit actually has an age cut off point. I know I’ve hit it 😂
I think your weird plant is a wild arum. I knew my massive botanical knowledge would come in useful at some point!
Most of the Gtech stuff seems to be good. I know my Gtech hoover is really good and still works as well a lot of years after I purchased it. They’re not the cheapest option, but decent quality and it looks like accessories are reasonably priced too.
I’m sure Tina or Darren will water the the garden if need be while you’re away. Just leave a big note somewhere obvious the says DONT FORGET TO WATER THE GARDEN! One of them might read this 🙂
Looking forward to seeing at some point on your visit. Hope your jour goes well.

  2. Well, the wild arum are certainly going wild in our garden.
I will give everything a good watering this evening.
Hopefully the journey will be straightforward, fingers crossed. I have a couple of Gtech tools and we have the vacuum cleaner too.
