I went to Boyes when they were open to get a frame for a print that Darren and Tina gave me yesterday. I bought a frame but although it wa the right size the aperture at the back wasn’t big enough! I hunted through pictures that aren’t on the wall at the moment and found one that was right and the new print is now on the wall. It could be a little higher but I will do that nother day.
I am working through cupboards and storage boxes in the bedroom and rearranging as I go, three empty storage boxes so far.
After we had dinner I did go out to hose the garden and was inside in time to see Grace.
It wasn’t really a heatwave here, just a little bit of sun. Hopefully it’ll head this way and I can get my shorts out 🙂
ReplyDeleteThat is a great vase. I don’t know how you manage to find these things. I honestly thought it’s was cups and a teapot stacked. When I saw the pic I wondered why you’d done it 😂
I really like the print that Darren and Tina gave you. Looks even nicer in a frame. They always buy you something different.
Three empty boxes is good, it shows you’ve been thinning stuff out…..or cramming the stuff in the boxes tighter! So what are you going to put in the three empty boxes? 😂🤣
I suppose the downside of the hotter weather is the plants need more watering. Could be worse, it could be watering cans.
It is a great vase, paid £3 for it.
ReplyDeleteThey know I like the wrens and it is lovely illustration.
I will be good if I don’t need to use the boxes, but we will see!
